I'm Pankaj, a Product Designer building Fintech and Web3 experiences.
Previously focused on Web and SaaS, now deep in crypto, simplifying complex experiences and building design systems at Bitcoin.com through design, interaction, and code.
been working on a case to sell @rive_app to devs, will be adding some hidden interactions next
Trying out a scrolling element for lengthy wallet names. What do you think about the pace? 🤔
not so crooked anymore (well, almost) @rive_app
Refined it further - separate unhover state and sound for a better transition. Dev ready! @rive_app
Recently, I started a weekly sharing series at work where I highlight one interaction improvement in our app, and I’ll be sharing these here as well. Last week’s: Issue: On the Home screen, too many sticky elements limit browsing space, especially on smaller devices. Proposal:
Web3 animation designed in Figma for a "speed-up transaction" processing. Timing seems a bit off, probably should've used variables to begin with 😑
i may be dead inside but at least my designs are alive
In the era of AI graphics, designed a few custom illustrations
Designed the centre piece using @rive_app, stitched together using Figma Make
An animation I created a couple of years ago when I was learning After Effects, fun times @CocaCola @AdobeAE
Made a loader for a gaming app with @rive_app
Design tip: when presenting modals that lead to persistent UI elements (like a wallet icon): Don't slide the modal out from the bottom while popping the icon in at the top. It breaks the visual connection. Instead, shrink and transition the modal directly into the icon's final
Experimenting with a cursor that adapts to token colours. Designed this little chameleon to blend right in.
Job application platform UI
Integration widget UI for a knowledge management platform #buildinginpublic
Started learning @splinetool and made this quick 3D animation. I never imagined it would be so easy and FUN!
Quietly been polishing up our Design System, not building it, just making it tighter.
Spent time working on a splash screen idea, only to realize later that the animation might not make sense 🤔
Turn the splash screen into a smart loader so the Home screen can initialize behind the scenes for a much smoother transition. I split the Lottie into two parts: a one-time logo intro and a shimmer fallback loop, though your approach may vary. Tiny change, big perceived
Recently worked on a lottie animation to make the screen transition smoother. Sadly it has not been implemented yet due to lottiefiles limitations of a certain tech stack. Been looking for an alternative. Keep sound on max vibes!
Rebound shot; being a newbie at Rive, the flames gave me a hard time, but I think I’m finally getting it. Definitely diving deeper into Rive next. @rive_app
Applied the idle/hover/click states to an older illustration. Surprisingly satisfying. Sound ON!🔈 Would recommend this tutorial if you want to grasp basics of @rive_app quick.
Praise the lord, or whoever invented Neumorphism. Been working on a quick ui library for an upcoming project.
Slight background @LottieFiles animation to make Exclusive Quests feel more exclusive. Sometimes the smallest visual tweaks create a good sense of polish.
random experiments with designs from older projects, i like how the cta is so random but so good looking
Built a mysterious web3 game recently where users send Verse tokens into the portal and receive rewards. Also added cool animations to make it feel more alive!
Dark mode supremacy. Which mode do you prefer?
I recently did the branding for a side project of mine. What side projects have you started that you're still hoping to finish someday?
been working on a slide-to button for a project, which option do you like more?
Which option is better? 1st or 2nd
Tried Pencil design tool recently. It is dope! Those who don't know, it's an AI enabled design tool where you can just connect your Claude Code or Codex and start designing!
Been experimenting with blend modes in Figma. The idea that an App would adapt theme based on the content feels delightful!
Had a little fun with microsoft's fluent 3d emoji library
UI design for a SaaS platform
My mind is blown by how easy it is to embed @rive_app's interactive animations in @framer All it took was 5 seconds
Exploring Streak card design for a web3 rewards app
Creating micro-animations in Figma Make is my new favourite thing
On-Chain NFT builder design #web3
Been building internal tools for our design team • When Figma released Variables, our old Styles became obsolete overnight. Every existing file was suddenly out of sync. • Around the same time we introduced a dedicated numeric font for prices, stats and percentages, great
Polished it more to make it on-brand. Feel free to play with it yourself here - apycalc.netlify.app
Adding more layers to it. Inspired by @doodles #rive
Motif phase 2: moved from GitHub Pages to Cloudflare so no personal access token required. Anyone on the team can use it.
Combined two Lottie animations into a seamless loop in @figma Make. Used to be buggy prototypes or long dev explanations. Now I just build the demo myself. Vibecoding changes the workflow. 🔊 Sound on!! @LottieFiles
Been vibecoding an APY calculator in @figma Make. Surprisingly, it replicated the designs 100%, with animations and interactions generated entirely through prompts. Adding in custom fonts and fun modals next.
Which one is better? left or right
not as fancy, definitely works though
Been working on this cool project. About time I learn Figma variables so I can rotate this silly little wheel.
Little something that did not make the cut. Also how to export high def video from Figma, feels like that should be native at this point
Lil something from the archive. Would you like to see it animated?
dApp widget UI design — how many apps do you recognise? 😉
wow! first attempt at @Procreate, it’s crazy smooth!
Another custom illustration in the same series
Animated a couple of finance themed icons. Do you think the animation style in all these look consistent?
#Web3 folks. I'm working on a quick animation to show multiple WC connections in the app. When second network is connected, would you prefer: Option A: WC indicator with a count of connected networks Option: Most recent app you connected with count for rest #buildinginpublic
subtle but there..
SaaS org goals UI design
Animated card design to grab user's attention. Which one do you like more?
Designed a shaky little card - because why should cards stay still right?
